happens if my flight is delayed?
For a private transfer, the vehicle will wait for up to
an hour and a half at no charge. After this time
you may be liable for a waiting charge. We advise to book your time on a
shared transfer counting with enough spare time to reduce the risk of
missing your transfer due to delayed flights. You will be able to book your
place for the next available transfer if required by calling hour 24h
emergency phone number on your voucher (your credit card number will be
required).

do I find my driver?
Normally the driver will be waiting in front of your arrival gate with an Benitravel sign. However you must refer to your
booking confirmation where you will find specific instructions for your
particular airport.

happens if I cannot find my driver at the airport?
Refer to your booking confirmation where you will find a local contact
number.

long will I have to wait at the airport?
Private - your vehicle will normally be at the airport for the scheduled
arrival of your flight. Shared transfer – All busses will leave as scheduled
and do not depend on flight arrival times.

have lost my luggage, can you collect it for me later?
All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage
to be forwarded to your resort address.

left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
Contact our 24h emergency phonenumber on your
voucher, giving details of the transfer, and the missing items. We will
then endeavour to deliver them to you. In some circumstances a charge may
be applicable.

you offer discounted rates for children or babies?
We charge the same rate for all occupied seats. Please note that infants
may not travel for free on an adult's lap but require childseats
(te be reserved in
advance, with booking).

Your email or fax confirmation is your receipt.

How do I confirm my return pickup time?
Your transfer is confirmed by us by email after
you booking request has been made if we have the availability. Your return transfer is at the time on
the transport voucher unless changed by the transporter
who will contact you by phone or by sms.

Can I have the driver's mobile number?
No. If you have any problems contact hour 24h emergency phonenumber
on the voucher.

How long is the journey to the accommodation?
Approximate transfer times from the closest airports are : from Valencia
Airport to Castellón area (f.e.
Benicassim, Oropesa)
about one and a half hour and from Barcelona Reus Airport to Castellón area about two and a half hour. On peak days
and when the road conditions are poor, these times can vary. We gladly
inform you separately about transfer times from other pick up locations.

I have lots of luggage, a mountain bike, a board bag - will there be room?
Each passenger has an allowance of one suitcase and one board bag.

Can we stop off at the supermarket or pickup property keys en-route?
Only for pick-up keys and by prior arrangement on a private transfer only,
although not at peak times (such as during Festival International de Benicassim) - a supplement may be applicable after 15
minutes of waiting time.

Can you pick me up from an Airport Hotel rather than the airport itself and
take me to my destination?
Yes, but only if you book a private transfer. Alternatively most hotels
will take you to the airport where you can meet our existing transfer
service.

Is the transfer direct or do we stop en-route?
Private transfers are normally direct, door-to-door. Shared transfers may
stop to either pickup or drop off other clients en route.

Does the driver speak English?
Most Benitravel drivers speak English.

Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?
No, if you book a private transfer. Yes, if you book a shared or shuttle
transfer.

Vehicles ---- Do
the buses have seat-belts?
Our minivans have 8 passenger seats, all with seat-belts. If you book a
group of between 12 and 20, we may use a vehicle from another company.
These larger buses do not have seat-belts.

Vehicles ---- What
type of vehicles do you have?
Benitravel run a fleet of new style Mercedes Vito or similar high standard,
all with 8 passenger seats. They are air-conditioned for the summer, fully
equipped for the winter.
